- INSTRUCTIONS FOR TELIX 3.15 MOUSE SUPPORT
- J. S. COOK, 04/02/91
-
- 1. Make sure that the directory containing your mouse driver (MOUSE.COM or
- MOUSE.SYS, CLICK.EXE, and MENU.COM) is in the path statement in your
- AUTOEXEC.BAT file (Example: path c:\;c:\dos;C:\MOUSE).
- 2. Add the line "Telix menu 3buttons" to your CLICK.SRC file (without the
- quotation marks). If you're not using CLICK.EXE, then just add the line
- "menu Telix.mnu" to a batch file that starts TELIX.EXE.
- 3. When you type "Telix", the mouse control and pop-up menu will be
- automatically loaded.
- 4. Mouse button designation is as follows:
- a. Left button: ENTER key
- b. Middle button: ESC key
- c. Right button: 1st click displays TELIX COMMAND SUMMARY screen, 2nd
- click displays pop-up menu.
- 5. Move the mouse up, down, left, and/or right until the highlighted bar is
- positioned over the command you wish to execute.
- 6. Use the left mouse button to make your selection from the pop-up menu.
- 7. This mouse control file was compiled using Logitech NEWMENU.EXE Ver. 4.0.
- 8. This mouse control file may be distributed freely so long as this docu-
- mentation file is included in the same archive, and nothing has been
- changed in either file.
- 9. If you find this file helpful, or if there is another program that you
- wish had mouse support, please drop me a postcard. There is no fee.
- 10. If you wish to receive a diskette containing every mouse control file
- that I have developed so far, please include a small donation to cover
- my costs.
